He promised to have the estimate to me on the 15th. It has been 5 weeks since he came and inspected our roof. I still have no estimate.Landon and I connected and in the end he got an estimate to me. They fixed the roof for a very reasonable price and did a good job on the roof repairs. I would use them again because in the end the overall experience was good even though it had a rocky start.We just used Ridge Roofing for a second time. They were very responsive with their estimate and quick to get the new repair on the roof completed. They were very reasonably priced and their crew was respectful and were easy to communicate with. He sent us... read moreAfter much research and multiple bids we decided to hire Ridge Roofing to replace a roof on my parents home. Tanner came out and completed the bid. He sent us an itemized list of what needed to be done along with a reasonable bid and detailed pics of the old roof. I had many questions and called multiple times...he answered all my questions and made me feel confident about my decision to go with Ridge Roofing. They got me on the schedule quickly, got materials on site and showed up on time. As the project went on Landon...the owner, kept me up to date on the progress. Again, there communication helped keep my confidence. Upon completion of the job, Landon came back to do an inspection and to take pics of the completed roof. As I mentioned at the beginning of my review...I got several bids before hiring Ridge Roofing ....my choice was based on the companies integrity and commitment to doing their very best work. Ridge Roofing has a fantastic team led by Garrett, Landon, and Hunter. They are professional, respectful, and easy to work with. They went above and beyond to exceed our expectations for the Roofing job. I completed my due diligence and received 4 bids from various roofing contractors before selecting Ridge Roofing. They were the most competitive from a price stand point and the only company that followed up with me to see if I had any questions regarding the bid. Garrett answered all my questions and when I inquired about a double layer of underlayment paper, he explained how the double layer works and sent over a new estimate with the double layer included. Once we selected Ridge Roofing, they set me up with Hunter, our project manager. Hunter was awesome in scheduling the job (had to be delayed by a couple days because of rain and they kept me updated). He also was stray about the little things, including asking what side of the driveway we wanted the dumpster, so as to to not interfere with our cars and access to the house.The team that completed the roof job was on time and completed the job a day early. The foreman answered my questions and they did a great job cleaning up every day. After the job was complete, Garrett personally came to the house to complete the the walk through and took pictures on the roof to show me the areas that were the original problems with the old roof. I highly recommend Ridge Roofing for your roofing needs. They are professional, provide excellent customer service and communication (hard to put a price in that these days!) and did quality work on our roof. read less

He called and showed up on time, then after checking my roof leak and talking to him, he told me because my house is only 9 years old to go after the home builder. I have not paid him anything and he is so willing to help. I am in the process of going after the home builder, and if things fall through I will be using ridge roofing to repair. Their guys were courteous and helpful, taking extra time at the beginning and end of the job to make sure that nothing was missed, and then cleaned up all the debris. We had gotten other roof estimates because of a leak in our roof over our back porch. Ridge found a cracked tile that our regular maintenance guy missed and a fan cover that needed to be replace. Finding this, when the regular guy did not will help us from needing more extensive roof repairs in the future. Additionally when we got quotes, Ridge was very competitive and our final cost was less then all of the rest of the quotes given by other roofing companies. read less
